Experienced CDP to work in a stunning newly renovated pub in Regional NSW, Broken Hill! Excellent food served at a Gastro pub level. Client is happy to offer sponsorship after 6 month probation period based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and culinary principles
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualification is desirable
- Eligibility for regional sponsorship in Australia (482 visa)
